Having decided to refurbish our bathroom, I stumbled across KNB on line and requested a catalogue. Lianne called and arranged an appointment (by consent there was no pressure) and at that appointment she explained the whole process, showed us some catalogues and went away to produce a design. She then came back with a plan and a quote and was able to arrange installation within a few weeks. KNB organised everything save for the tiles which we purchased from EMC at Liannes suggestion. We didn’t have to arrange delivery of the tiles as KNB picked them up and got a discount because of the arrangements between the 2 firms. KNB also arranged the delivery and collection of the skip from Central Waste who were also excellent. Lianne explained that Rebecca would be our project manager and any problems should be referred to her which meant we had a named contact in the event of any issues (there weren’t any in the end). Mark the fitter came for a survey and the whole job was completed in 7 days. Mark and his mate were great and cleaned up every day and explained any issues they had as they were going along. Everything is under warranty for a year as was explained by Rebecca when she came to sign off the work. From start to finish the arrangements were excellent and the quality of the work excellent. I would highly recommend KNB for a hassle free experience.

We have been incredibly impressed with our new bathroom and the process from start to finish. The team have been super helpful and it was much less stressful than we anticipated.

KNB did a fantastic re-model of our ” Blue bathroom” Gareth, Ryan,Jamie and the rest of the team are a highly talented bunch and i would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. The attention to detail and finishing was second to none and i am over the moon with my new sleek modern bathroom! Great job guys! see you next year for the Kitchen! 🙂

We love our new bathroom. The KNB were great all the way through, from planning to installation. No small issue got overlooked and we were kept informed all the way through. Going from really old, dated and ugly we now have a bathroom that would look amazing in a posh hotel. Thank you.

The KNB team were fantastic in helping design each room and kept in mind the property was going back on rent and helped guide me what would be long lasting and easy to maintain yet be aesthetically pleasing. If there were any questions, they were always happy to help. Hayley and Gareth were always on hand and kept us well informed regarding developments.

From start to finish KNB have given me professional, planning, service and instalation. I didn’t have to worry about anything, they took care of everything which was a weight of my shoulders.. You even get a free after sales service not many companies provide that.. Great quality fittings and workmanship.. love everything about my new bathroom and wouldn’t change anything. So it was with no trepidation whatsoever, after having exceptional service, quality and installation in respect of our Kitchen that we made the decision to once again engage KNB’s services for the complete revamp and refurbishment of our bathroom. From the Pre-Historic time capsule that we had located therein, we already knew that the old bathroom had been installed by a certain D. Wheatcroft on Christmas Day, 25th December 1998.( Who works on Christmas Day?) So it had certainly weathered the intervening years. We once more had the pleasure of having the Bruce Springsteen of the Kitchen and Bathroom Installation and Design world, Dean Palmer arrive at our home to look at redesigning and installing a new bathroom for us.

Clearly, Dean and his Team have been responsible for numerous such design and installations over the years. We informed him that, having travelled a lot spending time in rather nice Hotels around the world, we no longer wanted to arrive back home and see that our own bathroom was no where near the ones we experienced in 5 and 6 star location. We waited in the lounge whilst Dean went upstairs to review and plan his ideas and 27 minutes and 53 seconds later, he was back with his ideas. He thoroughly explained his vision and we were very impressed. Dean then left to complete the planning process. 2 days later we were presented with the vision of what our new bathroom would look like. A truly fantastic presentation both detailed in respect of the fantastic CAD drawn designs but the fitments, bath, showers, sinks and storage options. As we had already fully explained what we were seeking, it was brilliant to see this, and because we had been thorough in explaining what we wanted to have, everything within the planning and design was there. No tweeks by us, no changes. It was great to see. We agreed there and then to have KNB work their magic again for us.

Once again, our Project Manager for the installation was Gareth Spencer. He came to address for the finalisation of the planning process and went through all the plans in great detail ensuring that everything was how we wanted it to be. A reassuring process that put our minds completely at ease.

The installer for our bathroom was Jamie Smith. One thing that you know before the work starts is that all the KNB installation teams are reliable and trustworthy. This is a very important factor anyone using KNB should be aware of. We only have one bathroom so our plan was to move out for the 2 weeks Jamie was at our home, leaving him with the keys so he could work unincumbered. It would be fair to say that Jamie is some sort of superhuman all round bathroom installation guru. He completed the whole process in the exact time scale he had planned. Two week on, and we were able to return to a stunningly completed bathroom. The comparison between what it had been and what it had been transformed into were worlds apart.

We now have a 6 star Hotel quality installed bathroom. We know this as having returned recently from a location where quality was the pinnacle, it was brilliant to return home and have the same quality and style. All minor issues that follow such a major piece of work were dealt with effectively and efficiently by Gareth.

We are so pleased with the service, reliability and quality of the work by the KNB Teams. They are the number one go to Company should you be looking for Kitchens and Bathrooms.

We have had some awful experiences prior to KNB taking over our renovation and it made us very cautious. From day one when Jo came to measure up and start a design we were impressed. She was professional, courteous and creative with our ideas. Her initial design was everything we wanted. She was open to our changes but really we couldn’t have designed anything like the masterpiece she made. When it came time to start the work, Ian arrived on site and was immediately the most polite, tidy and supportive builder we have experienced. Every day he worked tirelessly and tidied up as he went (which made the process so much less stressful). Needless to say the finished result is a dream. We cannot recommend this team enough.

Yes, we read glowing reviews about this company and thought they must be too good to be true but no, they were all spot on. We had a dark, dingy, windowless en-suite. We contacted several companies for estimates. Harry, from KNB responded immediately and visited the next day. We discussed ideas and he was so helpful. Listened to us, made suggestions but was never pushy-just friendly and helpful. He left and we had his design emailed to us, together with an estimate for the work to be done, later that same afternoon. We were happy so the work commenced. We had been dreading all the dust, mess and noise that we felt must be involved in creating the new room. But no, thanks to Gareth, the project manager and Jamie, the amazing fitter, everything was completed within seven working days with the minimum of fuss, mess or noise.

We were as involved as we wanted to be throughout. Gareth and Jamie were simply brilliant and throughout the process we felt supported and listened to and nothing was too much trouble if we changed our minds here and there along the way. Jamie was a pleasure to have in the house and Gareth always available to answer any queries on the phone and he also popped in here and there to make sure we were happy. They took care of everything. The end result is a dream of an en-suite that came in on budget. We really did not think that companies like this still existed.

Cannot fault them. Just totally brilliant. We have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.
